ORDER CANCELLATION

We will gladly cancel any orders placed with us before they have been shipped out, regardless of the reason, and apply a full refund to your original payment method.  Please notify us via email at customercare@jolijouet.com as soon as possible to inform us of your desire to cancel your order, before we have shipped the item. 

As soon as we ship your item, we will notify you via e-mail, and after that time we will no longer accept cancellations; you must follow our return policy outlined in Refunds & Returns.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We will accept all returns of items in their original condition and original packaging as long as they are sent back to us and post-marked within 14 days of the customer’s delivery receipt date.*

Items returned for any reason other than damage to the item during shipment, will be refunded after we have received the returned item, minus the original shipping cost (if any), and with return shipping at the cost of the customer.  Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment, and should be processed within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank).

If you feel your piece is anything less than perfect upon arrival, please let us know!

Contact us immediately at customercare@jolijouet.com if there are any specific concerns or issues with an item, or to arrange a return with us. 

Unfortunately, outside of the 14 day time frame after delivery of your item, we can no longer process a return.*

When returning your merchandise, please pack items in their original packaging and include either your original invoice, or a printout of your order confirmation email. Without either your invoice, or your order confirmation, we will be unable to process your return.

Please pack your return items with care. Pieces that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

If we receive a “return to sender” item due to an incorrectly-entered shipment address or a recipient’s refusal of customs fees, etc., we will contact you via e-mail upon our receipt of the returned item.  At your request, we will re-ship the item at an additional shipping cost to the customer.  Otherwise, we can cancel the order and apply a full refund to the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost (if any) as well as a $10 restocking fee which will be subtracted from the total refund.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to process exchanges.  You must return the item under the same standards and terms outlined in our Refunds & Returns policy and we will refund your original payment method.  Then, a new order must be placed through our website.

SHIPPING

Domestic Orders: We offer free USPS priority mail shipping on any order over $50 being delivered to any area within the United States.

International orders: We offer free DHL shipping on any order destined outside of the United States over $200.

We offer USPS Priority Mail & First Class Mail, and DHL shipping both domestically and internationally.  UPS shipping is only available for orders within the United States.

International customers: We strongly recommend using DHL shipping in order to track your international shipment more easily and accurately.  Please expect to pay taxes, customs and duties fees; please do not reject or refuse a delivery due to these fees. Taxes for international orders are collected upon delivery and are not calculated at checkout. If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees, taxes, etc., there will be a restocking fee of $10, along with the original shipping cost (if any), deducted from your refund once your package has been returned to and received by us (please see Refunds & Returns for additional details). 

Additionally, we strongly recommend all customers protect their packages with Route insurance protection, particularly for international shipments.
